Zero Carbon Investments Limited was founded in 2020 and is part of Decerna Group.
Decerna traces its roots back to the Distributed Energy department of the UK National Renewable Energy Centre (now ORE Catapult). That background in grid-connected renewable energy is the foundation of ZCI’s development work.
ZCI creates a separate company for each renewable energy or storage project, develops it to Ready-to-Build, and then sells the shares to investors who will build and operate it.
